Most insurance including Medicare and MediCal, cover the full cost of standard hospice services at home. Coverage also includes medications and medical equipment necessary for comfort care.

Costs to stay at Serenity House, our hospice residential facility, are generally in addition to the standard covered hospice services.  Each patient’s needs will be assessed and a payment plan for room and board will be developed on a sliding scale fee.

If financial assistance is needed, a social worker will review available resources including support from our foundation.  Our charitable mission is to provide care to those in need regardless of their ability to pay.
