RN Case Manager
Plans, organizes and directs Hospice Services, requires current RN CA license & CPR certification, current acute care experience, full time, Hospice experience, bi-lingual Spanish preferred.

Bereavement Counselor
Full Time, Bi-lingual/bi-cultural, Spanish required, MSW or LCSW, experience in clinical grief counseling, Hospice preferred.

Per Diem, flexible hours, all shifts available, especially nights & weekends

ADMINISTRATION

Director of Human Resources
Plan, coordinate, direct and manage all activities and programs related to policies, recruitment, retention wage & benefits, and development of staff.  BS in Human Resources or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred, min 5 yrs related experience & 2 yrs supervisory experience.

Clinical Informatics Manager
Full time, benefits provided, requires formal training or relevant experience in medical informatics, clinical degree with min, 2 yrs patient care experience, data analysis, designing, testing or delivering clinical decision information systems.

Accounting Manager
Manage accounting operations and accounting information systems, including G/L, A/P asset accounting and financial reporting in accordance with Medicare, Title 22.  Requires BA in accounting or related field or equivalent as an accounting manager, experience in health care & fund accounting, knowledge of gov’t regs for health care, allowances, A/R and investments.

SANTA YNEZ VALLEY

Home Health Aides (HHA)
Full time & part time with benefits provided, or Per Diem with differential provided, great team environment, requires HHA & CPR certification

RN Case Manager
Coordinate Home Health services, requires current RN CA license & CPR certification, current acute care experience, Home Care experience preferred. Full time.
