Charitable Events at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Care
While VNHC provides benefits to the community in a variety of ways, the most significant is in our provision of subsidized care. Since our founding in 1908, we have maintained a strong commitment to our charitable mission ensuring that no one is turned away because of an inability to pay.
In 2012, we provided over $2.1 million in charitable community support through our home health, hospice, and personal care programs.
The VNHC Foundation holds two major community events each year to help raise funds to support our charitable mission, the Mother’s Day Luncheon and the Hospice Charity Regatta.
