Caring For You
When you are responsible for the care of a loved one you may feel there are not enough hours in the day to meet your loved one’s needs as well s your own. You may at times neglect your own physical and emotional health.
In order to be the best caregiver you can be it is important to take care of yourself, making sure that you get regular, nutritious meals, exercise or regular activity, adequate sleep and time to pursue your interests. Our caregivers can temporarily cover your care giving duties, providing you with time for such things as going for a walk, having lunch with a friend or simply taking a much needed rest. This respite care allows you to take the time you need. Our caregivers are carefully screened and insured. They are also specially trained and supervised so you can feel confident in the care they provide and feel comfortable allowing them into your home.
